You will be managing the office operations, providing excellent service to our Realtors, acting as a great brand ambassador, and engaging with our community.

  • Operational duties: maintain office space and supplies, manage calendars, engage with online community.
  • Agent support duties: review and prepare listing paperwork, offers and trade documents.
  • Administrative duties: answer and direct phone calls, confirm appointments, message agents, manage email.
